1. What is the minimum system requirement for best experience?

Minimum Windows 7 or Google Chrome version 100.x and above.

 

2. Do i need to re-login every time?

Yes. Active session will only last for 1 day or you have close the browser (whichever comes first)

 

3. Why no remember me option?

For security reason remember me option is not a recommended choice hence will not be available.

 

4. I did not receive confirmation code through email.

Your existing username login does not have email address registered as you do not have access for email account.

Do contact IT for further assistance if you do have access for email and did not receive the email confirmation code.

 

5. Do i need connect to VPN before access the system?

The system can access without VPN connection and you only have to type the system address in your browser.

 

6. Can i use mobile or table to access the system?

You can use any mobile phone or tablet to access the system by enter the system address in the browser.

Advisable to use the latest mobile phone or tablet for best experience.

7. What if my browser is not up to date?

Not up to date browser will have issues within the system where some functions may not work or the layout will show differently.

Refer to #1 for browser and operating system requirement.
